Construction is underway on the Amenia Trails Project. Crews are currently working on trail corridors using natural-surface tread. The completed trail tread will be no wider than 48 inches, with most sections between 24 and 36 inches. Over time, the trail edges will narrow visually as surrounding vegetation regrows.

The trails are being professionally built to follow the natural terrain, manage water, reduce erosion, and support long-term hiking and mountain biking use.

The site remains closed to the public during construction. Below are a few photos showing progress so far. We look forward to sharing more.
